Enlightn is Live: Fixing Survey Targeting with Human-First AI

🚀 After months of building (and years of frustration with the status quo), I’m proud to officially launch Enlightn today.
Market research runs on people’s opinions. Yet the way we decide who gets asked which questions, profiling and targeting, has been neglected for far too long. Panels still rely on outdated checkboxes and half-empty profiles. Two-thirds of clicks die at the screener. The fallout is predictable: panelists churn, even honest folks start gaming screeners, and providers lose revenue long before invoicing.
Most of the innovation in sampling lately has been around synthetic alternatives. But here’s the truth: real people still want to share their opinions, if we make the experience fairer. That’s the problem I set out to fix with Enlightn.
Enlightn is an API-first platform that helps sample providers send the right panelists to the right surveys. Instead of generating synthetic data, we use AI to listen better to real respondents:

Read smarter — Turn messy survey briefs and screeners into clean, structured targets in seconds.

For me, this is more than a product launch. It’s a call to action. Analytics has been transformed by dashboards, automation, and qual-at-scale, but sampling, the raw material, has been left behind. If we start listening more carefully to real respondents, we can give them a fairer, more engaging experience while rebuilding trust in the data that drives decisions.
